I gained a sound introduction to marketing in a luxury travel company. Assisted the marketing manager and director in day to day brand awareness, managing the database, customer journey.

I worked in the sales team at Turquoise Holidays. Day to day work included responding to holiday enquiries via the internet, phone and directly face to face. I gained a huge insight into the luxury travel industry and sales process and built relationships with hotels which has been integral my success as a Marketing Manager.  I managed a large portfolio of clients to achieve a high level of customer retention and referral – several of my clients still request I handle their trips to this day despite not working in sales for over two years.
