Grace Sai

Grace Sai is a renowned entrepreneur and innovator based in Singapore. She is the CEO and Co-founder of F8 Innovation, a corporate innovation agency that has designed and implemented innovation programs for more than 100 companies in Asia. Additionally, Grace leads Found. Ventures, an early-stage tech fund, and is also a Kauffman Fellow. She is an influential figure in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Asia and has been invited by several high-profile organizations to share her inputs. Grace has also been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD and a TEDx Singapore speaker.

Grace has several academic credentials to her name, including an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD, both with Distinctions. She is fluent in six languages and has been nominated as Gen T by Singapore Tatler (2018), Great Women of our Times by Women's Weekly (2017), and 40 Under 40 by Prestige Singapore (2014). She is also a UN Women Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador.

Before co-founding F8 Innovation, Grace had several other ventures, including being the Founder and CEO of Ravel Innovation, an Advisor & Director at Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), Head, Singapore, at Toniic LLC, and CEO at Found8, among others. Additionally, Grace was the founder of Books for Hope, a social enterprise in children's education in Indonesia, and performed consultancy work for organizations such as Skoll Foundation and MarkPlus&Co.
