Grace Pak

Grace Pak is a highly educated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Wheaton College, where she was an active student and mentor. She also studied at Cherry Creek High School. Grace has held various client-facing roles in the field of benefits operations, including her current position as a Benefits Operations Senior Associate at Justworks, and previously as a Benefit Operations Associate at Justworks and a Client Support Intern at Billtrust. She has also gained experience in client financial services and admissions through her internships with Graebel Companies, Inc. and Wheaton College, respectively.

Grace is well-known for her exceptional organizational skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients. In her current role, she plays a crucial role in identifying, researching, and resolving complex client issues related to benefits operations. In her earlier roles, she was involved in various orientation committees, student mentorship, front desk support, and teacher assistant positions.
