Grace Lihn is a versatile product designer and entrepreneur with a passion for systems design and humane tech. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Systems & Cooperative Business from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, she studied UX Design Certificate at Designlab and participated in a study abroad program at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen on Sociology of Food and Urban Experience Design.

Grace has had a rewarding career starting as Math Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative, further working as Marketing & Web Design Intern at Slow Food South Bay and then Board Chair at Berkeley Student Food Collective. Her ventures have also included Cooperative Finance Models Research Fellow at Beneficial State Foundation, Development & Communications Associate at Techbridge Girls, and Customer Experience/Operations Associate at Next Insurance, among other endeavors.

Grace flourished as a product designer at Madison Reed and was later a UX Designer & Consultant at Grace Lihn Design. She is currently back at Madison Reed as a Product Designer, where she combines analytical product thinking with creative visual designs to create functional product experiences that have lasting impacts on users.

Her expertise and accolades extend to areas such as Cooperative Business Models, Experiential Learning, and even teaching "Cooperatives: Alternative Business Models for a Resilient Economy" Instructor/Curriculum Lead at UC Berkeley, College of Natural Resources. Through the work she has done, Grace has made a remarkable impact and continues to inspire others by being a true leader in her field.
