Goutam Pattar is an internationally experienced software quality assurance lead with a strong focus on product and performance improvement. With a background in leading small to mid-size teams, he excels in enhancing internal processes and developing functional and non-functional test automation frameworks from scratch.

Throughout his professional journey, Goutam has demonstrated a keen eye for detail, swiftly identifying software flaws and providing strategic solutions to prevent future occurrences. His expertise has positively impacted companies like Bank of Scotland (Germany), LocationGuru Solutions (India), VanetSys Technologies (India), First American (India), Satiate Technologies (India), and currently at National Commercial Bank (Jamaica).

As a software QA lead, Goutam excels in reviewing code, conducting validations on both frontend (UI) and backend (APIs), creating automated scripts using Python and Java, performing performance testing, and verifying databases using SQL queries. He enjoys coaching and mentoring teams, taking charge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Outside of work, Goutam finds joy in cycling with family and friends, playing chess, and exploring new destinations. With 11 years of experience in software quality, Goutam has been instrumental in aiding businesses in their digital transformation journeys and establishing a strong presence in digital markets.

Goutam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from B. M. S. College of Engineering and a Diploma from KLE Polytechnic.
