Gordon Rowan is a seasoned Credit and Infrastructure Finance structurer with extensive expertise in origination, structuring, portfolio management, and restructuring across Infrastructure Debt and real asset securitisations.

He brings significant experience in underwriting, cash flow modeling, transaction documentation, creditor rights, and rating agency criteria, enabling him to navigate complex financial situations with precision.

With a strong Value Proposition, Gordon has a proven track record of creating substantial value by executing new transactions and effectively managing creditor rights to safeguard value, both in new deals and restructuring existing arrangements.

As a respected member of Investment Committees, he focuses on Asset Liability Management, contributing his insights and strategic vision to drive financial performance.

Gordon served as a Shadow-CIO overseeing a $1.2 billion bond portfolio for a reinsurer, handling 440 CUSIPs encompassing US ABS and Corporate bonds, demonstrating his proficiency in managing large-scale investment portfolios.

His educational background includes a diverse range of studies such as MA, BAI in Computer & Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 from the CFA Institute, a Masters Degree in Quantitative Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics Science from University College Dublin.
