Gordon McBean

Gordon McBean, CFA, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cambria Capital LLC, a position he has held since June 2016.12 He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Digital Offering LLC, a FINRA member investment bank focused on raising capital for growth stage companies.23

McBean has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry.3 He previously served as:

• President of Euro Pacific Capital, Inc., a full-service investment bank3
• Director of Research at Roth Capital Partners3
• Various roles at Lehman Brothers, Wells Fargo, Van Kasper, and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey1

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Paisley (now part of the University of the West of Scotland) in Scotland, graduated in 19854
• CFA Charterholder since August 20004
• Holds FINRA licenses 7, 24, 27, 63, 65, 79, 86, 87, and 9913

McBean is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Orange County.3 He is based in Laguna Beach, California.4
