Gopal Shah

Gopal Shah is a distinguished professional with a rich background in product management and marketing at prominent tech companies. He served as the product lead for Google Earth across all platforms, bringing innovative changes to the app over a five-year period. Gopal spearheaded the development of the new Google Earth project, a comprehensive rewrite for mobile and web, and was instrumental in integrating creation tools into the web application. Additionally, he co-founded Earth Studio, a popular animation suite. Prior to his role at Google Earth, Gopal was a key member of Google's Geo marketing team, where he contributed to various projects related to Google Maps, Street View, and SketchUp.
