Prior to his current role, he co-founded StudioSessions.tv and DemoDrop, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in the music industry.

His experience also includes serving as the Director of Talent at Repost Network, demonstrating his leadership and talent management skills.

Goodrich has a rich history in business ownership, having owned Blk Hrt Mgmt (Black Heart Management) and worked as a Booking Agent at Rubix Venue.

Additionally, he has founding and promoting experience from his time at KONTAKT Collective and as part of the Bel Air Country Club's Outside Services team in the golf industry.
