Goodness Anere is a highly accomplished data solutions architect, with experience across multiple industries. He holds a first-class honors degree in computing with multimedia from the University of Greenwich and has completed a diploma in computing studies with a grade of A and made the dean's list at SEGi College Kuala Lumpur. Besides his formal education, Goodness has also completed secondary education at Essence International School.

Goodness has worked for several technology-oriented companies throughout his career. He currently works at Strateq Group of Companies, where he leads the data solutions architect team. He has also held positions in Project Management Offices where he was responsible for overseeing project development and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

At Nettium Sdn Bhd, he worked as a software engineer and was part of the project development team. Prior to that, he interned with FanXT as a software quality assurance intern, where he was responsible for testing procedures relating to software development.
