Golden Shaver began their career in the multi-family industry in 2015 as a Leasing Professional at City Gate. Over the years, they have held various roles in property management, marketing, and training, showcasing a strong foundation in apartment real estate and marketing.

During their tenure at Pinnacle, they excelled as a Community Director for a 120-unit community, honing skills in branding, reputation management, and social media marketing.

Golden Shaver further expanded their expertise in the multi-family sector by working with BH Management and Ashwood Commercial in Amarillo before returning to Dallas to play key roles in marketing and training at City Gate Property Group.

With a background in branding, reputation management, and social media marketing, Golden Shaver has demonstrated proficiency as a Director of Marketing and Training, overseeing all aspects of marketing, communications, and training within the industry.

Educationally, Golden Shaver pursued General Studies at Arlington High School, laying the groundwork for their professional journey in the real estate and marketing spheres.

Throughout their career, Golden Shaver has been affiliated with esteemed organizations like City Gate Property Group, BH Management Services, LLC, Pinnacle Property Management Services, Franklin Park Senior Living, and The University of Texas at Arlington - Fort Worth Campus.
