Designed and delivered scalable AutoML engine as part of IoT cloud service that can automate a data scientist's job and deliver value to IoT customers without having to employ a data science team. AutoML engine supports forecasting, regression and classification algorithms as well as pattern and point-based anomaly detection. Statistical and ML algorithms used include ARIMA, Logistic and Linear regression, SAX, multi-variate KDE etc..

As part of leadership team, helped in pre-sales, customer success and defining the charter and roadmap.

Led a team of engineers and an ML scientist to build a record-matching system that would match Amazon customers to Social Network users with > 90% precision. 

Led a team of ML engineers to build a text mining system that would mine public social network activities to learn about user preferences, interests and trends and used the knowledge gathered to personalize the customer experience for Amazon customers on and off Amazon.

Sole Founder responsible for building the product, marketing, sales, recruiting, P&L and running a bootstrapped cash-flow positive company for 6 years. Scaled the company to serve hundreds of paid customers and a few thousand users without using any form of paid marketing. 

Hands-on experience architecting and building a Social Media Marketing and Analytics SaaS product that can gather, clean, process and visualize terabytes of structured and semi-structured data in near real-time using Hadoop, Lucene, Zoie, Machine Learning, Data Mining and AWS.

Responsible for all digital marketing including various growth hacking strategies which resulted in the startup getting covered by CNN, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Mashable, GigaOm, TechCrunch and ~2000 other major newspapers/blogs around the world.

Built a SaaS product that has been rated one of the best in a number of third-party surveys in a very competitive market with 100+ vendors that includes a few 800 pound gorillas.

Researched and implemented various UX strategies like MS Windows style step-by-step wizards, Dropbox style checklists, Eliza type chat bots and recommendation systems to simplify the workflow for technophobic audience of marketers and provide them instant gratification and guidance on signing-up.
