Gokul Prakash

Gokul Prakash is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lamberton Power, a renewable investment advisory firm with a focus on solar financing, project origination, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

His expertise at Lamberton Power includes corporate strategy, business development, RE-finance, contract negotiations, and technology due diligence, leading to the development of a project pipeline of over 1GW of solar projects in India.

Before founding Lamberton Power, Gokul accumulated over five years of experience in nanotechnology research in the USA, where he specialized in electrical engineering, homojunction and heterojunction solar cells, thin film solar cells, device physics, thin film nanotechnology, and six sigma operations engineering. He has also contributed to several journal papers.

Gokul pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering with a major in Solid State at the University of Michigan.

His professional journey includes roles as the Chief Executive Officer at Lamberton Power Pvt Ltd, a member of the Kanicki Laboratory for Displays and Detectors at the University of Michigan, a Graduate Grader at the University of Michigan, and an Intern at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.
