Godfrey Hubert, a highly accomplished individual in the field of disaster readiness and recovery, has made significant contributions to communities across Texas. With a Masters and a Doctorate in Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Spanish from Asbury University, Hubert has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field.

As the Executive Director at Texas Congregational Disaster Readiness, Hubert is responsible for overseeing the organization's disaster response initiatives to ensure that the community has the necessary resources to be prepared for natural disasters. With his experience as a Disaster Readiness Coordinator at the United Methodist Texas Conference and as a Strategic Planning Coordinator for the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, Hubert has extensive experience in managing disaster recovery efforts.

Hubert has also demonstrated his passion for serving his community by founding several non-profits, including Hope Disaster Recovery and Cy-Hope, Inc.
