Goda Lese is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, having gained experience in various industries and countries.

Growing up in Lithuania, Goda ventured into volunteering in Indonesia, pursued studies in Social Business Management in Portugal, delved into the humanitarian sector in Switzerland, and explored the green tech start-up scene in France.

With a Master's degree from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Bachelor's Degree from ISM University of Management and Economics, and French language courses from Alliance française de Toulouse, Goda has a strong educational foundation.

Having worked as a Campus Recruiter for Tech and Generalists, as well as in Talent Acquisition roles at Back Market, Goda has honed her skills in identifying and acquiring top talent.

Her experience as a Talent Attraction Associate at the International Committee of the Red Cross, HR Consultant at BAA Training, and internships at Telia Company and UNO Parks have equipped her with a broad skill set.
