•	Manage, engage, coach and guide the Airfield Maintenance Crews.
•	Develop and manage all policies, procedures, and maintenance work plans for all groundside areas of responsibility and pavement markings airside and GTAA controlled roads and parking lots.
•	Proficient staff management of 40 employees.
•	Financial management of an annual budget of $20 million.

Manager, Groundside Maintenance

-Project management of the Aircraft Deicing Services at the GTAA.
-Conduct a review of the scope, requirements and contractual arrangements for the provision of aircraft deicing services and to develop and conduct a competitive request for proposals for the third  party provision of the services.
-Extensive discussions and negotiations with the air carriers
-Development and management of project schedules; 
-Definition of contractual requirements and the preparation of RFP documentation
-Management of outside expertise retained to assist with the development of the RFP documentation
-Evaluation of proponent submissions
-Delivery of updates and presentations to Executive management team
-Role requires the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate terms and conditions, understand the interrelationships amongst stakeholders and the issues pertaining to deicing services analyze and solve problems, make timely and decisive decisions and effectively organize tasks and schedules to achieve the desired outcomes within tight time frames.

Manager, Deicing Services Project

Oversee two departments: Groundside Labourers and Line Painting.  Multiple contract management and lead GTAA employees who perform snow removal on all Toronto Pearson roads and bridges.  Also manage landscape infrastructure which includes 53 hectares of turf areas, trees and shrubs.

Manage Environmental and Operational Projects, Stormwater Quality, Sanitary Sewer Compliance, ISO 14001, EMS Auditing, Glycol Strategy, Operational Improvement, Fluid Management, Future Planning and Contract Management.
