Gloria Rico Moreno is a dual-profile professional in Human Resources and Labor Relations with a robust background in both legal and HR fields.

With over 14 years of experience focusing on 'hard' HR responsibilities and an additional 7 years dedicated to 'soft' HR areas, Gloria excels in people development, talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational change.

She is a licensed labor lawyer with a vast expertise in implementing HR policies and procedures, professional categorization, training, annual assessments, talent acquisition tools, and supporting businesses in resolving labor disputes.

Specializing in negotiating collective agreements, managing labor disputes, and driving organizational change, Gloria has represented companies in various industries like construction, engineering, services, tourism, hospitality, and retail.

As the HR and Communication lead at AKKA TECHNOLOGIES in Spain, Gloria oversaw all HR functions under the guidance of the Director General, including recruitment, health and safety, payroll, professional development, labor relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and communication.

She also has a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Business Management of Music Law, a Master's degree in Enology and Viticulture, and various certifications related to labor law, human resources, and industrial hygiene.

Currently, Gloria holds the position of Global HRBP Director at AWWG and has previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner for Iberia at GANT.
