Throughout his career, Glenn has honed his skills in various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, industrial, consumer goods, and automotive, specializing in business and system transformation.

His work involves leading strategic change initiatives that drive substantial business value by integrating innovation and digital capabilities into his clients' operations.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Glenn resides in Chicago with his wife and three children, enjoying quality time with family, rooting for Chicago sports teams, and traveling to destinations that offer skiing, mountain views, scuba diving, beach experiences, exquisite restaurants, and diverse wine & whiskey selections.

Glenn completed his high school education at Barrington High School in Barrington, IL, and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

His professional journey includes roles such as Executive Board Member at the Chicago Sports Commission, Accenture Client Partner at John Deere and Navistar, Associate Partner, and various positions from Analyst to Senior Manager at Accenture, as well as a Development Lead at Thomas, Laguban & Associates.
