Glenn Shope is married to Dave Karraker, who is also a co-owner of MX3 Fitness. Together, they have built a community-focused gym that caters to diverse clientele while promoting inclusivity within the fitness space.14
Current Endeavors
As of now, Shope oversees multiple locations of MX3 Fitness while continuing to train clients at their Castro location. The gym has garnered attention for its unique reservation-based system that allows members to reserve workout zones privately, ensuring an efficient and comfortable experience.56
