Pacchiana has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Thalle Industries since 2012.1 Thalle Industries is a 30-year-old family-owned company that operates a quarry and asphalt facility in Fishkill, New York, as well as a Virtual Quarry in Elmsford, New York.14

Pacchiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.1 He has served on various boards, including the New York League of Conservation Voters, the Westchester Parks Foundation, and the Business Council of Westchester.14
