With a diverse skill set encompassing investment banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, capital markets, M&A, and restructurings, Glenn has extensive experience collaborating with private equity firms, hedge funds, and a range of corporations.

Educationally, Glenn holds an MBA from the renowned MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Strategic & Financial Management. Additionally, he earned an engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, focusing on Civil & Environmental Engineering.

Throughout his career, Glenn has held key positions in various prestigious organizations. His professional journey includes roles such as Managing Director at BTIG, LLC & HFS, LLC, Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance at Mizuho, and Managing Director of the Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors Groups at CRT Capital Group LLC/FBR Capital Markets & Co. Glenn has also contributed significantly in roles such as Senior Credit Strategist/Trading at Moore Capital Management, Director of the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Director of the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group at RBC Capital Markets Corp., and Vice President of the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers Inc. Prior to these roles, Glenn served as a Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Camp Dresser & McKee Inc.
