As the global head of digital strategy for Randstad, a global 500 company and the world's largest HR services company, I serve as the authority in existing and emerging digital approaches and solutions - examples include ethical AI, chatbots, recommendation systems, blockchain and multi-sided platforms. I am responsible for developing a global vision for the continuous operationalization of digital strategies within Randstad at a global scale through technology partnerships and product development that will support internal hiring, sales, and recruiting, as well as the enhancement and creation of digital customer experiences and new business opportunities. Reporting to the COO, I was primarily responsible for: 

1) Serving as Kforce's strategy and innovation leader, identifying and advising executive committee members on opportunities to leverage people, process, technology, automation, data and analytics to develop a strategic competitive advantage and to deliver more value to our candidates, consultants and clients.

While at Randstad Sourceright, I served as their Sourcing and Delivery Architect, leading the Sourcing Center of Expertise (COE) for Randstad's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.

I conceived and established the industry’s first Sourcing Capability Maturity Model and formally documented data and process driven sourcing and recruiting methodologies, to include: the Agile Sourcing Methodology, Probabilistic and Exhaustive Sourcing and the Intelligent Engagement Protocol. 

Sourced, hired and trained a uniquely diverse team of 40+ centralized sourcers delivering results globally (U.S., Canada, Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands...) for some of the most respected companies in the world.

Led Randstad Sourceright’s global sourcing community, working with sourcing leaders in the UK, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsible for conceiving, evaluating, testing, implementing, and continually improving sourcing and talent acquisition tactics, processes, strategies, tools and technologies, providing value to all of Randstad Sourceright's existing and future customers by ensuring they will be exposed to and benefit from the most efficient and effective methods of talent discovery and acquisition.

VP, Sourcing and Recruiting Center of Expertise

Responsible for leading Information Technology, Healthcare I.T., and finance & accounting recruiting and staffing solutions for clients in the greater Atlanta area, to include executive search, contract, contract to hire, project, and statement of work (SOW) engagements.

Hand-selected by Field President to move to Atlanta and turn around an underperforming market. Restructured the sales and recruiting teams as well as overall market strategy resulting in 84% growth from Q4 2010 to Q4 2011, 

After walking into an operation that had 2 consecutive quarters of declining revenue in 2010 (-26%), achieved 4 straight quarters of revenue growth in 2011, including 31% Q4 over Q3 resulting in being awarded Small Market of the Quarter. Q1 2012 was the 5th straight quarter of revenue growth, with a run rate projecting 50% YoY growth in 2012, putting the Atlanta market at $17M.

Information technology and healthcare I.T. was a primary focus, including EMR implementations and upgrades (Epic, Allscripts, etc.).

Market Vice President / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Executive

As the VP of Recruiting, I served as the national recruiting, sourcing and social media thought leader and trainer for a billion dollar publicly traded staffing solutions firm with over 800 recruiters achieving 30,000+ hires annually. I was responsible for assessing and improving recruiting operations on a national basis, as well as crafting Kforce's overall sourcing and recruiting strategies, methodologies, philosophies, and tactics, with a heavy emphasis on processes and technology. 

Examples of efforts I led and/or provided SME-level guidance:

- Local, national, and centralized recruiting and delivery operations, performance management and optimization
- Developing a Firm-wide associate performance analytics dashboard
- Auditing recruiting teams of 5 to 20 recruiters

Vice President of Recruitment / VP of Recruiting

I was recruited to move to the Kforce HQ location of Tampa, FL to become the VMS Recruiting Manager where I was tasked to build and manage a first-of-its-kind centralized recruiting and delivery team in the National Recruiting Center (NRC) focused solely on clients using Vendor Management Systems (VMS), the majority of which do not allow hiring manager contact.  This hand selected team of recruiters ramped extremely fast to achieve over 160 hires resulting in 100 concurrently billing consultants within 11 months, including 30 or more at Verizon and Cingular/AT&T.

Kforce acquired VistaRMS in February 2005, and as the Director of Client Services/Director of Recruiting it was my responsibility to recruit, train, lead, and manage large a scale team of technical recruiters in Reston, VA with 400+ consultants and a heavy focus on the telecommunications and federal/defense sectors. 

While serving in the Market Manager of Recruiting role, I managed a team of recruiters while also being responsible for personal production as a recruiter. After not officially "working a desk" for 7 years I quickly achieved a high level of success, earning "Platinum Performer" status, starting completely from scratch, in less than a year. Among the major clients I personally supported: Sprint/Nextel, EMC, CSC. 

I was responsible for recruiting business intelligence architects, analysts and developers, ERP analysts and developers, data warehouse architects and developers, business analysts, SAN engineers, project managers, software engineers, and a wide variety of I.T. professionals with security clearances up to and above TS/SCI.

Director of Recruiting / Recruiting Market Manager

I was promoted from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter in August 1997, to the Manager of Recruiting in August 1998, and ultimately to the Director of Recruiting. 

As the Manager and Director of Recruiting for VistaRMS, I built, trained and managed a team of recruiters that grew from 14 to up to 24 technical recruiters responsible for growing from less than 100 consultants billing to over 500 billing consultants in less than 5 years, and placing/hiring up to and in excess of 900 information technology consultants per year, including those with security clearances from Secret to TS/SCI.

Clients included Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, CSC, EMC, SAIC, CACI, Freddie Mac, Sprint Nextel, and many others.

Manager of Recruiting / Director of Recruiting

I was hired at VistaRMS as a technical recruiter in January of 1997.  After making my first placement in March, I continued to make 71 more placements in the remaining 9 months of 1997, averaging just shy of 8 placements per month without using the internet, job boards, or making cold calls. As the highest performing recruiter on a team of 14 (I had 30 more placements than the #2 recruiter), my performance led to winning the "Recruiter of the Year" award in 1997.
