During my time at HeiQ
- I build the Data Department for HeiQ, introduced a centralized datawarehouse and Tableau,
- I supported the team as a Data Product Manager with focus on data migrations
- I supported the PM Team as PM advisor in order to migrate 10+ ERPs into a centralized one (Odoo)
- I oversaw Ecommerce implementations and integrations with Shopify

I managed and lead the team of UX/UI designers and software and backend
developers. I gathered requirements, prioritized and organized sprints.
During my time here, I built the product roadmap together with the
product owner and finalized the full migration of the product into a
scalable and cost-effective architecture reducing infrastructure cost and phasing out deprecated technologies.

Technical Product Manager & Team Lead

I implemented new APIs based on product requirements, cost controlling
of services like AWS and GCP. I spearheaded product development
together with the product owner and the migration of the existing product
into a new scalable microservice-based architecture. I increased
development speed by introducing a new design system, agile
methodologies, estimations and a better prioritization.

✅Redesign of the tispr mobile application.

TA for the course "Geometry/Topology" (for Mathematicians). I gave 2 exercise hours weekly to clarify the content of the lecture and the exercises and corrections.

Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant for the courses "Analysis for natural sciences"​ and "Stochastic for natural sciences". I held 2-4 hours every week to explain the weekly assignments and corrected exercises for 20-40 students.

As platoon leader I was in charge of the training and organization of approx. 40 people. 
As vice commandant I led a company of approx. 150 persons (4 platoons).
