Giuseppe Franze

Giuseppe Franze is a seasoned professional in the private equity industry, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Hg Capital, a London-based firm specializing in software investments. With extensive experience in private equity and M&A transactions, Mr. Franze is tasked with driving growth strategies and operational improvements for Hg's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Hg in 2021, he held various senior executive roles at Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs working on significant private equity investments in Europe and the US. Mr. Franze holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Palermo and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
