Giuliana Diettrich has over 25 years of experience in the public basic education sector (Rio de Janeiro City Hall - Municipal Education Secretariat) and private higher education holding positions in teaching, coordination, management, and leadership.

Her expertise includes educational management, educational system development, educational and curriculum planning, public policies in education, academic coordination, teacher training, regulation, educational technology, distance learning, content production, media education, educational projects, and services.

She possesses extensive knowledge in academic, pedagogical, and regulatory areas of both basic and higher education, including accreditation and reaccreditation of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), especially in the field of distance education.

Giuliana excels in academic planning, course portfolio management, faculty cost, content production and distribution across various formats, media, and technologies, as well as team management in academic, operational, and technical domains at different education levels and modalities.

With a background in mergers and acquisitions, she played a key role in integrating UNISEB into Estácio Participações, overseeing the integration of distance learning and its 100+ support centers.

She has experience in education internationalization in Latin America, having worked with the Ilumno Network.

As a specialist in curriculum implementation, flexibility, and management, she focuses on interactive models, virtual learning environments, and horizontal learning approaches.
