Gisele Menecier

Gisele Menecier is an accomplished HR professional with a wide range of experiences in talent acquisition, people advising, and communications. She graduated from Universidad de Morón with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Public Affairs. Gisele has worked in big companies such as Accenture and Sanofi Genzyme, where she held diverse roles that allowed her to develop expert knowledge-driven decision-making, a critical skill in HR. Moreover, she has held various roles in different industries, which gave her a broader perspective on how to address different business's needs. Currently, Gisele is an HRBP at Takeda Farmacéutica España, where she leads the Iberia HR department, bringing her talents and extensive experience to the company.
