Giovanni Sgalambro is a professional with a strong passion for innovation, strategy, change, and IT. With a background in Economics and Business Administration from Universit\u00e0 Cattolica di Milano, Giovanni has an extensive career in leading strategic initiatives for multiple organizations.
During his tenure at IBM Italia SpA, Giovanni served as the Service Line Leader and Consulting Partner for Strategy & Change, focusing on business strategy, operation strategy, organization strategy, and IT strategy. He excelled in managing business transformation, change management, on-demand business/cloud solutions, and business analytics and optimization.
In his role as Group CIO and Vice President Change Management at Datalogic Group, Giovanni spearheaded the transformation of IT into a business enabler. He also held executive positions and played a significant role in the organizational model, processes, applications, and infrastructure of the group.
Transitioning to Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti SpA, Giovanni led as the Director of Organization, Change Management, and Digitalization, showcasing his expertise in SAP S/4 Hana and institutional communication.
Currently, Giovanni serves as a senior executive at Methodos Group and is the CEO of Accompany, a company within the Methodos Group focusing on digital transformation and change management in the technological realm.
