- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals;

- Ensure that all processes and SLAs align with internal policies.

- Collaborate with departments like Business Partners and Organizational Development to meet business demands.
- Provide training to Hiring Managers on Recruitment best practices, including competency-based interviews, unconscious bias, and candidate experience.
- Lead projects and spearhead initiatives covering a wide range of topics, including diversity, affirmative positions, and university partnerships.
