    She has also held roles including Director of External Affairs at Tennessee Board of Regents, Assistant Director and HUD Grant Manager at the Center for Service Learning at Tennessee State University, Program Manager/Consultant/Facilitator at CRA, Inc., Acting Executive Director and Director of Research at Council of Community Services, and Elected Council Member for District 18 at Metro Nashville Government.

    Prior to her current roles, Ginger served as a Senior Legislative Research Analyst at the Comptroller of the Treasury, State of Tennessee.
