Gina Marie Foxhoven

Gina Foxhoven is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background. She is the Vice President & Managing Partner of Livingston Properties OK, where she applies the latest technology to transform commercial real estate, construction management, and property management. Gina is also a film director and choreographer and owns a choreography and dance production business where she creates short films for film festivals, choreographs music videos, and teaches master classes nationwide. She loves supporting her tenants' businesses, organizing logistics for dilapidated properties renovation, and staying ahead of the commercial real estate market. Gina graduated with a Business Administration and Dance Performance degree and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she also earned Magna Cum Laude honors. She has performed on the Kennedy Center stage, choreographed for Warner Brothers, and currently teaches at Applause Studios and performs with RACE Dance Company. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Gina has a passion for adventure, traveling, and learning about other cultures. She enjoys going off the beaten path on vacations and has tried skydiving, cave diving, hiking ancient Mayan ruins, and many other thrilling activities. She is also an animal lover with a deep obsession for her Standard Poodle, Rumor.
