Gina Clark is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Communications & Administration Officer for AmerisourceBergen Corporation, where she oversees human resources, communications, marketing, government affairs, and corporate citizenship. Clark's expertise has earned her several prestigious positions including being named the President of the AmerisourceBergen Foundation, the company's 501(c)3, focused on providing access and promoting adherence to quality healthcare and education for those in need around the world. Her commitment to philanthropy is further indicated by her involvement in various organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the CMO Forum Advisory Board, and the Business of Personalized Medicine Summit Advisory Board.

Clark's career in healthcare began after obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University and studying Psychology at Samford University. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, she has held executive leadership roles at Premier Inc. and HealthSouth. With a passion for giving back to the community, in 2015, Clark was named a Woman of Distinction by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Currently, she is also a member of the Union League of Philadelphia.
