Over the past decade, she has spearheaded the restoration and transformation of the 'Roebling-Stirn House' into Casa Belvedere, a vibrant public arts and cultural center, a members-only dining club, and a sought-after event venue. Through her efforts, she secured over $6 million in grants from various entities, including NY City, NY State, and private foundations, to fund capital improvements for the historic property. Casa Belvedere, now a NYC landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places, stands as a testament to Gina's dedication and vision. Additionally, Gina is a respected figure in the community and has received accolades for her exceptional leadership, community work, and commitment to historic preservation.
Gina's professional journey also includes co-founding The CollegeBound Network in 1989, a pioneering venture that revolutionized online lead generation in the college admissions industry. Through CBN, she created a network of websites that transformed how educational institutions connect with prospective students. Her expertise spans grant writing, fundraising, not-for-profit leadership, marketing, and public relations. Gina holds an M.A. in Economics from New York University and a B.A. in Business from Lehman College/CUNY. She currently serves as the Founder/President of Casa Belvedere, The Italian Cultural Foundation, and formerly co-founded The CollegeBound Network.
