Gina Bartasi is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Kindbody, a technology-driven fertility clinic network and family-building benefits solution for employers operating across 31 U.S. clinics with expansion plans for 11 more in 2023.

Under Gina's leadership, Kindbody offers a comprehensive program including fertility assessments, egg freezing, IVF, genetic testing, donor and surrogacy services, adoption, and holistic support from preconception to postpartum, catering to both virtual and in-person care.

Kindbody is a trusted provider of family-building benefits to over 100 blue-chip employers, benefiting more than 2.4 million individuals, while also offering services directly to thousands across the country through its diverse clinic network.

Passionate about democratizing high-quality fertility care, Gina has guided Kindbody to raise significant funding of $230 million to drive further growth and meet the increasing demand from employers opting for direct fertility service procurement.

Prior to Kindbody, Gina Bartasi founded and served as the CEO of Progyny, a public company (Nasdaq: PGNY) valued at $6B in Nov 2021, initially going public at a $1.3B valuation on October 25, 2019. She led the successful turnaround and merger of FertilityAuthority and Auxogyn's Eeva to form Progyny, revolutionizing fertility benefits offerings.

Gina Bartasi holds a strong educational background, having pursued studies in Private Equity Venture Capital, Owner/President Management, and graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Throughout her career, Gina has held various key roles, including Founder and CEO at Tech-Health, Founder at The Leader Publishing Group, Inc., and Vice President at Bond Publishing, showcasing her versatility and expertise across different domains.
