Gina Marioni

Gina Ariko Marioni is a talented visual artist specializing in oil painting and watercolor, focusing on capturing memories and celebrating her mixed race, first-generation Japanese-American heritage.

Aside from her artwork, Gina is passionate about reading, podcasts, yoga, and advocating for women of color in the arts and local community.

With a background in volunteering for various art-related organizations in the San Francisco area, Gina now volunteers for Arise Seattle and supports the In Her Shoes Foundation in Seattle.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General / Fine and Studio Arts from Santa Clara University, as well as studies through the Foundation for International Education (FIE) Study & Internship Program in London, United Kingdom.

Gina Ariko Marioni has worked with organizations such as Gina Ariko Studio, The Riveter, Nextdoor, Maemura & Co., CPAs LLP, Knowledge Universe, National Army Museum, Santa Clara University, and de Saisset Museum.
