Gill Arnott

Gill Arnott is a business support expert with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and office management. She studied at Coney Green HIgh School and completed A Levels and AAT Accounts, IT and Sage at Bury College. Gill started her admin career in 1983 and progressed quickly to office management roles. She later found a passion for sales, where she sold used printing equipment, traveling and meeting diverse personalities. Gill established GEM BUSINESS SUPPORT LIMITED in 2015, where she leads the team in providing a reliable, professional and flexible outsourced PA and business support services to businesses of all sizes. In addition, Gill joined There be Giants as a business growth manager, where she helps businesses become more aligned, focused and successful with OKR methodology. Her proficiency in organization, processes and getting things done is instrumental in helping businesses reach their growth goals.

Apart from work, Gill enjoys crocheting blankets for charity, with many being auctioned off locally. She has a dog and four cats and resides in a picturesque village.
