Gilian Greystone

Gilian Greystone is a seasoned Executive Director at Telenav, where she currently leads the division for Search&Discovery and Data Sciences Platforms. Her extensive background in technology has driven her to excel and achieve the highest positions available to technical experts in the organizations she's worked with. Greystone's interest in technology has led her to an important personal discovery; she has a natural talent for helping others push their limits and pursue higher goals, leading her to invest time and effort into helping new generations succeed.

Aside from helping others achieve success, Greystone has extensive leadership experience in both start-ups and large corporations, leading excellent engineering and management teams to stellar results by attracting, developing and retaining high-quality dedicated individuals. In just 2.5 years, she helped turn a small six-person team into a 45+ team of high-performance engineers, product analysts, automation, and data science rock stars.

Greystone's love for technology led her to pursue a Master's in Instrumentation at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, and she has built and managed off-shore and remote development teams around the world in various challenging environments, from the US and China, to India, Germany, Ukraine, and Romania.
