Gilbert Agyapong is a highly motivated and versatile information technology professional with extensive experience in management. A US Navy veteran, he is committed to mastering new computer technology and staying at the top of the field. Gilbert has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University, and he has also studied Cybersecurity Best Practices and Cybersecurity Assurance at the University of Fairfax. Additionally, he has studied at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Gilbert has held various positions throughout his professional life, including Senior System Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Senior Systems Engineer at Johns Hopkins University, and Adjunct Professor at Towson University Continuing & Professional Studies.

Gilbert boasts an impressive skill set, including expertise in DHCP, DNS, IPAM, WINS, O365, FTP, SFTP, SQL, Software Firewall, Hubs, Switches, Bridges, Routers, RDP, RRAS, ISA, IIS, LAN, TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, Linux, Clustering, SQL, Cabling, Client Server applications, Load balancing, and Terminal Services.
