Gilat Tzitrinovich

Gilat Tzitrinovich is an accomplished Industrial Management Engineer, currently spearheading the Training & Learning division at Kaltura. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College, Gilat has honed her skills in Operational Excellence, Strategic Planning, Research and Analysis, Risk Management, Project Management, Organization & Methods, and Quality Management. Moreover, Gilat possesses a wealth of technical experience, enabling her to incorporate customers' needs precisely.

Before joining Kaltura, Gilat steered her career to logistics roles at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Israel. At Kaltura, Gilat began as a Technical Support Engineer before moving up the ranks, respectively, as Education Team Leader, Technical Trainer and Training Developer, and finally, Director of Training and Learning. Gilat works well under pressure and values a service-oriented approach and respect for individuals.
