Gilad Armon
Director of Data Science at Syte
Gilad Armon is a renowned data scientist with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University. With a special interest in AI technologies, including NLP, XAI, deep learning, and gradient boosting, Gilad strives to build algorithms to solve complex business problems, measure the results of changes and experiments, and provide insights to customers to optimize and empower activity. Gilad has held various positions at Kenshoo, including Director of Data Science and leading the research social team. He was also an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at BVR Systems Ltd and a researcher at Samsung Electronics. Currently, Gilad is the Chief Data Scientist at RightBound. Before entering the tech industry, Gilad worked as a drone operator at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries and a Software Engineer at MAFAT (Ministry of Defense, Israel - DDR&D).
