Gil Lane is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in establishing process design and product flow. He has extensive experience in managing manufacturing cells using LEAN manufacturing principles, overseeing inventory, non-conformances, and cycle time. Gil Lane is known for developing Quality standards, leading change teams across various departments, and creating Technical preventative maintenance programs. His expertise extends to initiating vendor technical quality audit programs, new part introductions, and Design for Manufacturability. He has held positions in various organizations, including Magellan Aerospace Corporation, DEKA Research & Development, and Amphenol Backplane Systems. Gil Lane's skills also encompass assembly and DFM of Medical Devices, as well as design and debugging of Electro-mechanical devices for automated assembly machines.
