With a track record of selling three companies and contributing to the development of several others, Giff currently focuses on a blend of writing, coaching, and teaching.

His experience includes serving as the Chief Product Officer at Meetup, overseeing a substantial team and playing key roles in product and engineering at Axial and as CEO of Neo, which was later acquired by Pivotal.

An accomplished author, Giff published 'Talking to Humans' in 2014, a renowned guide to customer discovery that has gained widespread adoption in academic and startup programs globally. This was followed by 'Testing with Humans' in 2018 and his science fiction novel 'Becoming Monday' in 2020, with his upcoming book 'First Principles Product Management' in the works.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Giff has a robust educational background, having studied Politics and International Relations at Princeton University.
