Gideon Bar-Zakai (CPM) is a seasoned leader in the supply chain with extensive global experience in various industries including renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and construction.

With over 13 years of leadership experience in logistics and 7 years specifically in establishing and managing strategic procurement arrays, he excels in managing in-house and outsourcing teams while optimizing sourcing and inventory procedures.

Known for his ability to lead to cost reduction, streamline logistics activities, and improve overall efficiency, Gideon is a quick learner with exceptional negotiation skills and a people-oriented approach.

He tackles new challenges with an assertive, pro-active, and creative mindset, always striving to implement his ideas and achieve objectives. Gideon is highly organized and committed to delivering high standards of competitiveness, competence, and performance.

Beyond his professional roles, Gideon also serves as a Logistics Company Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, overseeing logistics, supply, vehicles, maintenance, communication, HR, and healthcare services for a unit of over 200 individuals.

Gideon holds a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, and is a Certified Procurement Manager (CPM) accredited by The International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM).

His career includes roles such as Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Specialist at GE Renewable Energy, Purchasing Manager at FSM Ground Services LTD, Production Planning and Control at Applied Materials, Logistics Coordinator at Flying Cargo, and Logistics Officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
