Gibu Thomas is an entrepreneurial senior executive with a diverse leadership background, from being a successful founder/CEO in Silicon Valley to spearheading digital and eCommerce initiatives at major Fortune 500 companies like Walmart and PepsiCo.

As the Head of Global eCommerce for PepsiCo, Gibu played a pivotal role in boosting revenues from a mere hundred million to over $3 billion within 5 years, while also driving a significant digital and cultural shift within the organization.

During his tenure as the Global Head of Mobile and Digital at Walmart Inc., Gibu oversaw the growth of VUDU, a rapidly expanding over-the-top movie streaming service, and orchestrated the strategy for Walmart's Global eCommerce division, leading to the establishment of WalmartLabs, a pivotal entity in Walmart's transition to an omnichannel powerhouse.

Known for his creative leadership, Gibu is adept at forming top-tier teams and attracting top talent. His experience spans CEO roles, board memberships, capital raising, corporate strategy formulation, and scaling high-performing product organizations.
