Gianpiero Petriglieri

Gianpiero Petriglieri is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, specializing in leadership, identity, adult development, and experiential learning.

As the academic director of the school's initiative for Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence, Petriglieri is renowned for his contributions to refining experiential leadership development approaches.

He designs and leads customized leadership development programs for multinational corporations across various industries and is a sought-after speaker at academic and corporate events on cultivating leadership in diverse and dynamic workplaces.
