     • Managed the Annual Budgeting and quarterly Forecasting process for the whole of the 
        International 
        business, owning the review of the P&L with the HQ. 
     • Built ad-hoc analysis to define the resources needed for the expansion into HotelTonight's 
        secondary markets

Operations:
     • Responsible for driving the sales operations strategy (defining needs, building tools) by 
        collaborating with 8 Country Managers across 3 Continents and liaising with the US based BI, 
        Finance and Sales team.

Marketing:
     • Supported the International Marketing Head to evaluate scalable marketing opportunities 
       across the International Business leading to an improvement of ROI of 3x

• Supported the Business Unit Director with Ad-Hoc and Regular Planning activities (2015 
Business Plan, Client Specific Business Development Plans)
• Part of the "Google-Boston Consulting Group"​ project team that developed a white paper on Digital Insurance in Italy
