Gert Jongeneel

Gert Jongeneel is a highly experienced professional with a background in law and business administration.

He graduated from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in Dutch civil law and business legal rights in 1975, followed by further studies in Insolvency Law at Grotius Academie in 1999 and an MBA from Business School Nederland in 2003.

In 1975, he was sworn in as a lawyer and has since handled cases in corporate law, insolvency law, and construction law, specializing in mediating disputes among executives, directors, board members, and partners.

Apart from his legal practice, Gert Jongeneel is also actively engaged in various roles within different organizations, including serving as Vice President of the European cooperation I.A.S.W. in Frankfurt and as an advisor to Employers Drechtsteden in Dordrecht.

His expertise lies in advising executives and board members on corporate governance and financial law matters, focusing on ensuring compliance and best practices within organizations.
