Gerry Valentine inspires individuals to build resilience and overcome setbacks. He is an accomplished executive coach, business advisor, and public speaker, with a successful career as a Fortune 100 leader. Gerry's expertise comes from his experience leading multi-million-dollar lines of business in several of the world's most respected firms, including American Express and Pfizer, Inc. Despite spending his early life in poverty, Gerry was able to earn a BS in Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Management. This adversity gave him the resilience needed to succeed in the corporate world and inspired him to teach others how to unlock their potential. Gerry is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Speakers Association. He's also a TEDx speaker and a contributor to Forbes.com. Gerry divides his time between New York City and New Paltz, New York, and enjoys outdoor activities such as running, cycling, hiking, and skiing.
