Gerry Tjandra

Gerry Tjandra is a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance, accounting, auditing, and internal control management.

With a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Trisakti School of Management, Gerry has a strong academic foundation.

Gerry's career spans across various renowned organizations, including Ernst & Young, Swiss-Belhotel International, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills, and importir.org, where he held key positions in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal audit management.

His expertise as an External Auditor at Ernst & Young encompassed working with diverse industries like mining, oil & gas, pension funds, hotels, pharmaceuticals, and non-profit organizations.

As the Head of Financial Reporting at PT Freeport Indonesia, an affiliate of Freeport McMoRan, Inc., Gerry managed management reporting, Indonesian government reporting, and served on the Board of Supervisor for the Pension Fund of Freeport Indonesia.

In his role as Group Internal Audit Manager at Swiss-Belhotel International, Gerry oversaw internal audit functions for the hospitality industry across the Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions.

Gerry also led budgeting and analysis functions at PT Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills and headed finance, accounting, and tax departments at importir.org.

Outside of his professional roles, Gerry has also contributed to PT Niaga Graha Estetika and has previous experience with Prudential Indonesia and Trisakti School of Management.

With a GPA of 3.54 for his Master's degree, 3.64 for Professional Accounting Education, and 3.41 for his Bachelor's degree, Gerry's academic excellence is evident in his career achievements.
