Gerri Kies

Gerri Kies is an accomplished business executive and attorney with a wealth of leadership experience in the retail and consumer goods industries. She is the founder and CEO of Premier Search Group, a leading executive search firm specializing in the placement of top-level executives across a broad range of industries. Gerri has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles throughout her career, including Executive Vice President of Retail and Consumer Goods at The Elliot Group and Managing Director at Taylor Winfield.

Gerri's extensive background in human resources and training has been instrumental in driving organizational success and growth. She has held several high-level positions in HR, including Director of Human Resources at Pepsico and Director of Human Resources at Macy's. Gerri has also served as Regional HR Director at Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Gerri is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, where she studied for her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Austin College.
