Germán Bencci is the Founder and CEO of CodeYourFuture (CYF), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing training and support for disadvantaged individuals, particularly refugees, to pursue careers in the tech industry. Established in 2016, CodeYourFuture aims to empower participants through accessible software development training and has expanded its programs across various locations, including London, Glasgow, Rome, and Cape Town.12

Before founding CodeYourFuture, Bencci worked in the tech sector where he connected with numerous entrepreneurs and startups throughout Europe. His experience includes innovation management and patent co-invention.12 Bencci's vision for CYF was inspired by the European refugee crisis and his desire to create a positive impact through technology. He collaborated with Gijs Cortens, founder of HackYourFuture, which guided him in establishing the organization.25

Under Bencci's leadership, CodeYourFuture has successfully trained many individuals from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to secure employment in reputable companies such as Capgemini, JP Morgan, and the BBC.
